WALK THROUGH the process of creating
Materials & Design
The event featured several key components:
1. Interactive 3D Terrain Map: A central piece of artwork that allowed participants to visualize the impact of clean energy on the environment.
2. Paper Wind Turbine Materials: Prepared in advance to enable hands-on interaction and assembly.
3. Pattern Design and Printing: Customized designs that showcased the aesthetic and functional aspects of wind turbines.
4. Guidance Materials: Instructions and signage to direct participants on how to interact with the exhibits.
Concept and Vision
The underlying concept of the event was to foster a deeper understanding of offshore wind power and its numerous benefits. By showcasing how this clean energy source had transformed my hometown, I aimed to encourage others to support green energy initiatives. The vision was to create a ripple effect, where increased awareness would lead to broader adoption of renewable energy sources, thereby contributing to a sustainable future.
Preparation Process
Preparation was a collaborative effort that brought together various environmental enthusiasts.
We organized an exhibition space and created a pristine white 3D terrain model. To enhance the visual appeal, we used green and blue semi-transparent acrylic sheets, symbolizing the land and sea.
Adequate wind turbine materials were prepared to ensure that every participant could engage in the interactive experience.
